Ben has been amazing to work with. He is an exceptional realtor and took the initiative to look out for homes we were interested in. He not only found us our dream home but also got us a $2000 flooring allowance! When it was time to sell, he got us $10,500 more than our asking price! We ended up working with buyers that we were not too fond of, but Ben did great as the middleman and worked hard on our behalf.
